Tasting notes

White wine made only with the Giró variety.

Golden yellow in colour, clean and bright. It presents aromas of fresh tropical fruit, such as pineapple and mango, with citric pineapple and mango, with citrus notes and hints of pastries and cakes due to its ageing on lees. Light in the mouth, it is unctuous, enveloping, slightly acidic and of medium persistence.

Optimum serving temperature: Between 8º and 10º.
