CURED SHEEP CHEESE (34%) raw sheep's milk, lactic ferments, rennet, preservative. Egg lizomine and salt. In rind colouring agents (E172), preservatives (E202 and E235). Fat cured cheese. Minimum 45% MG/ES. ESL minimum 58% CURED MIXED CHEESE (33%)(pasteurised cow's milk (60% min) Sheep (15% min), Goat (15% min), lactic ferments, calcium chloride, rennet, preservative. Egg lysozyme and salt. In rind: colouring agents (E172). Preservatives (E202 and E235). Fat cured cheese. Minimum 45% MG/ES. ESL minimum 56%. SEMICURED MIXED CHEESE (33%) (pasteurised cow's milk (60% min), sheep's milk (15% min), goat's milk (15% min), lactic ferments, calcium chloride, rennet, preservative, egg lysozyme and salt. Egg lysozyme and salt. Rind: colouring agents (E172), preservatives (E202 and E235). Semi-cured fat cheese, minimum 45% MG/ES. ESL minimum 56%. Store between 2ºC and 6ºc. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
