Artichoke 

The artichoke is a very digestive food, rich in fibre and low in calories. It contains calcium and phosphorus, as well as vitamins B1, C, B3, B5 and B6, reduces cholesterol and is diuretic.
The artichoke is consumed in many different ways, usually cooked, roasted in the oven, fried, coated in flour and even in omelettes or as a garnish for an infinite number of dishes. 

In 1 kg of artichokes you can find approx. 6 - 7 units.
