Gin Xoriguer is a gin originating in Menorca, specifically in the Balearic Islands. It is considered the first gin to be distilled in the Mediterranean with an alcohol base of wine origin and with juniper berries distilled in copper stills, where wood fire is used as fuel, a process that besides giving interesting aromas recalls the tradition, finally it is preserved in American oak barrels to absorb the woody touch before bottling.

Gin Xoriguer exhibits powerful notes to juniper, that fuse with natural notes and without additives.
